HOUSEHOLD SHIPPING

MPS will provide you with a dedicated team to help with the packing and removal of household effects. The team will include the Sales representative/team leader who you made the enquiry with plus a team of packers.

On the day of removal all we ask of you is to be at your premises and just leave the rest up to us. We shall provide all packing materials and the best packers.

Our representative will have a copy of the estimate form which shall have the specifics which you have requested, once your goods are still at your home remember it’s not to late to ask questions or make any changes to your shipment, just let the representative know and we shall make all the necessary amendments so that you are happy and reassured that your shipment will be delivered with the best service provided. Once you are 100 per cent satisfied that all your goods are packed and wrapped safely we shall seal all goods in front of you and our representative shall leave you with an Inventory, this is a list of all goods which we have packed and going to ship on your behalf. This will be signed by you as a final check alongside the representative. You will be left with a copy for your records, please keep all paperwork given to you as it will be easier for us to refer back to if you have any queries.

As a final check our representative shall ask you a few routine questions to make sure that we have all correct details, after this there is very little for you to do but wait for your goods to arrive to its final destination and once arrived it shall be left with accredited international approved agents who have been carefully selected to deal with the last of the move to your residence, Bon voyage!!!!.
