MPS PACKING PROCEDURES
Depending on the cargo you send we have a variety of options:
Small Cargo:
You may have packed some boxes yourself or bags and just want them
shipped economically as possible. We would make sure that the box/bag
is wrapped securely with black shrink-wrap so that your contents
will remain private. We will also provide a label which clearly
states the shipment address. If the contents are fragile we can
also use tape which states ‘fragile’, this then gets
wrapped around the box several times.
Medium size cargo:
Medium size cargo ranges from 4 large boxes up to 15 boxes, you
may just want to ship some of your household goods. We can provide
boxes for you, standard sizes are Tea chest and TV boxes. You may
if you wish, request our services to pack your goods professionally.
As like the same procedures above we will make sure that all goods
sent is securely wrapped and labeled.
Large size cargo:
This ranges from a pallet to a 40ft container, our team can pack
and load your complete home into 20ft or 40ft containers direct
from your door or you can share some space in one of our weekly
worldwide container services.
Pallets:
If you are sending goods via this method we ensure that we provide
a pallet to suit your shipment. We then shall secure your pallet
with nylon strapping, and the pallet is then shrink wrapped and
a label is provided.
Crates/Lift Van:
These are used when you have a large volume of cargo going but
not enough to fill a container. As a pallet we will provide a crate
to suit your shipment. If you use a lift van this is standard, lift
vans can hold up to 8cm. Our packers will help load and pack the
goods onto the containers.
20ft/40ft Containers:
Our team can pack and load your complete home into 20ft or 40ft
containers direct from your door or you can share some space in
one of our weekly worldwide container services. Our team will arrive
a few days before the container actually arrives at your home, so
that they can pack and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with what
they have done, plus give you a chance to decide if you would like
to add anymore goods. Once the container arrives our team will then
load the container and will we witness the container being sealed.
With every shipment you will be provided with a packing list/itemary
listing what items you have shipped.
We accept all types/forms of packed bags, suitcases etc.
